BIOGRAPHY
McLean Fahnestock’s work attempts to make sense of interpersonal situations that, by their very human nature, defy logic. Using the properties of physics and language of mathematics, she explores the tension and subsequently delicate balance that occurs when we try to communicate. Originally from Southern Maryland, she received a BFA in Sculpture from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. Her work has been exhibited in California, Tennessee, Nevada, and Canada. She is currently a candidate for a Masters of Fine Arts at California State University Long Beach.
