CSULB MFA students Open Studios Event, April 11, 2010, 2-8pm

 

The largest public MFA program on the west coast features printmaking, ceramics, painting and drawing, metals, sculpture, fiber, photography, video, illustration, graphic design and jewelry. The many departments in the College of the Arts at California State University Long Beach will be opening their studios to the public on April 11th from 2 till 8pm.

 

ABOUT FARt

Fine Arts Round Table (FARt) is a graduate student-driven collective of visual artists, art historians, performing artists, musicians, filmmakers, and writers from The College of the Arts committed to facilitating exchange between CSULB graduate art programs and encouraging students to expand the boundaries of their disciplines.

 

FARt's goals are:
-To create interdisciplinary events and projects serving CSULB students, faculty, staff, and the community at large.

-To promote opportunities for student association and interaction with the faculty and administration of CSULB and with the members of the community.

-To promote ethical leadership and academic achievement, and to cultivate civic responsibility.
