ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is an assimilation of, or coming to terms with, a given space (captured at a specific time). I am interested in the boundaries between things present and absent and in the mark of humanity without the direct presence of humankind. I am interested in the idea of private versus public space and what personal space can mean. The spaces in my video on fabric pieces may be real or imaginary, but are intended to neglect physical properties and turn to psychological uncertainties.
